Rates/policies are subject to change and vary with Holidays and whole house reservations.

No smoking is permitted inside our Inn or on balconies however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Vaping allowed on balconies.

Generally we have a two night minimum stay on the weekends. Holiday minimum stay periods vary. You are welcome to call to determine if an exception can be made.

We charge a $50 per room deposit to confirm your reservation which is completely refundable if you cancel at least 7 days in advance. Or you can ask that the $50 be applied towards a rescheduled date within 90 days. Payment in full is collected upon arrival.

If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your arrival date (14 days for holidays and special events), then we will charge you for the entire stay (except for any days within that period that we are able to re-book).

We accept Visa, MC, Discover, American Express and Cash.

It will be our pleasure to welcome children 12 yrs. of age and older to our Inn.

While we love animals, with the exception of service dogs, we are unable to accept pets.

Check-In is 3 PM. You may arrive at the Inn before 3 PM (but not before 12 PM please) and utilize our parking until the room is ready. If you will be arriving past 6 PM, it's not a problem, BUT you must contact us to make special arrangements for check-in.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. (No exceptions-sorry!) During non-busy periods, you may be able to utilize our parking for a short period of time after check-out.

Parking: Spaces for parking in St. Augustine are limited. We're fortunate to have one parking spot for each of our guest rooms. If you drive a large truck, SUV, or van we will park you in our lot across the street with a parking pass. If you have a small/mid-size vehicle, we will park you behind our Inn. We only have parking available for one vehicle per room.
