  • Rates/policies are subject to change and vary with Holidays and whole house reservations.
  • No smoking is permitted inside our Inn or on balconies however designated outdoor smoking areas are available, we ask that you step away from the inn out to the sidewalk.
  • Generally we have a two night minimum stay on the weekends. Holiday minimum stay periods vary. You are welcome to call to determine if an exception can be made.
  • We charge your card the full amount of your reservation 7 days prior to checking in.
  • If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your arrival date (14 days for holidays and special events), then we will charge you for the entire stay. NO REFUNDS.
  • We accept Visa, MC, Discover, American Express and Cash.
  • It will be our pleasure to welcome children 12 yrs. of age and older to our Inn.
  • While we all love animals, with the exception of ADA registered service animals, we are unable to accept pets.
  • Check-In is 4 P.M. If you will be arriving past 6 PM, it's not a problem, BUT you must contact us proir to 6PM to make special arrangements for check-in.
  • Check-out is at 11:00 AM. (No exceptions-sorry!)
  • Parking: Trucks, SUV's will park across the street with a parking pass. Once our back lot is full any other vehicle will have to park across as well. We have ample parking for our guests to have 1 spot per room which we will assign once you arrive.
