Our Rooms - Our air-conditioned rooms all have
either King or Queen size beds, private baths, (two
rooms have 2-person whirlpool tubs), hair dryers, and
cable TV. Each room is appointed with period
furnishings and antiques which provide individual charm.

Breakfast at the Inn - A full breakfast is served
every morning in our Dining Room, Parlor, or on our
veranda. Our breakfast always includes coffee and
assorted teas, fresh fruits, juices, cereal, yogurt,
assorted breads, and a hot homemade entree.
Breakfast is served from 9:00 - 9:30 a.m.

Afternoon Social - (4:00 - 7:00 pm daily) - provides
a fun opportunity for Inn guests to meet and relax prior
to going out for the evening. We provide homemade
desserts, iced tea or lemonade, and wine.

Shaded Verandas - Relax on one of our shaded
verandas where you can read a book, and have a
refreshing drink as the horse-drawn carriages go by.

High Speed Wireless Internet Connection - We're
pleased to provide a free connection to the Internet
from your room or anywhere in the Inn or on the verandas
using your laptop or notebook computer. If yours
is not set up for wireless, you can borrow a notebook
adapter card or USB network adapter from us.

In-room DVD player - In addition to cable TV, all of
our rooms are equipped with a DVD player for your use
while here. Bring along your favorite DVD or
borrow a recent box office hit or an old favorite from
us at no charge.

Complimentary bicycles - We have bikes available for
our guest's use while here to tour St. Augustine or take
a ride out to the beach.

Free Parking - We have free parking for one vehicle
per room either behind the Inn or directly across the
street.
