Reservations / Cancellation / Smoking

• You can inquire about availability by telephone (800-781-3338 or 904-825-3623) or Make An On-Line Reservation online.
• One night's pre-payment will secure your reservation.  We accept traveler's checks and major credit cards.
• Weekends require a two night minimum stay.  Please call to see if we have a one night stay available on your specific weekend..
  
  

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

• Cancellation for lodging and for Special Packages and Little Luxuries must be made seven (7) days prior to your planned arrival date in order to avoid being charged for the entire number of days reserved. In addition, a $50.00 service fee per cancelled room will be retained. 

• Holiday periods and special events require fourteen (14) days notice. 

Please inquire at the time of your reservation which cancellation policy is in effect.
